Matt Anderson is an experienced residential and commercial broker, as well as a native Oregonian from the Eugene area.
After graduating from Sheldon International High School, Matt attended the University of Oregon, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. To further enhance his worldview, Matt also attended the EF International School in Barcelona, Spain, focusing on Spanish Language studies.
Matt began his real estate career in 2010 with Windermere Real Estate, and quickly became a million dollar producer. He was also an active member of the Young Professional Network (YPN), serving on the board in 2014.
In 2015, Matt shifted his focus to commercial real estate. In 2016, Matt was honored to receive the Bob Nelson Scholarship Award, which recognized him as a promising commercial agent. Matt is currently pursuing a certificate of mastery in commercial investment real estate as noted by the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. (Less than 6% of commercial realtors worldwide hold this prestigious designation).
Most recently, Matt joined the professionals at Pacwest Commercial Real Estate, bringing with him 5 years of experience in residential real estate and 2 years of experience in commercial real estate. Matt will focus primarily in medical and office buildings, sales and leasing, multifamily development, and 1031 exchanges.
Matt prides himself on making the client his sole focus throughout the process—whether they just need a space to lease or are looking at a multi-million dollar deal—by carefully guiding them through each step of the process.
When not working with clients, Matt enjoys playing golf, running on Pre’s trail, rafting down the scenic Rogue River, and traveling abroad.
