We take a multi-pronged approach to buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate. Because brokers at Pacwest Commercial Real Estate know it is more than a legal or financial transaction for you, we build a relationship with all of our clients.

It starts with the initial consultation. We listen to your needs, your desires and your goals. We don’t rush the session – if it takes a couple hours, that’s fine. We need to understand what you want in order to do our job. Are you looking to create financial freedom? Do you want to quit your day job? Are you trying to liquidate property to get right side up in your portfolio?

After we do some homework, you will meet with your broker a second time to refine a plan of action. In this interim period your broker will use his or her knowledge with structuring real estate portfolios to develop a plan that is specific to you. We don’t take a cookie cutter approach to real estate deals.

At this second meeting, we will outline the positives and negatives we see with your goals. Potential obstacles to obtaining those goals will be addressed, as well as flushing out the assets to achieve the goals. We will spell out the process to go from Point A to Point B.

The third step is to implement the plan. The final step is to sign an agreement with the other party and toast to your success.
